Urban Decay Oz the Great and Powerful - Theodora Palette Review With Swatches

My local Ulta has both palettes from Urban Decay's Oz the Great and Powerful displayed - the graceful, light Glinda, with it's colors of lavender and rose, bringing to mind all things Fairy. And the bewitching Theodora, which I naturally gravitated toward.

Here is the gorgeous tin case:

And the back:

And the open case, (not showing the mirror):

Full contents of this kit, containing a how to sheet, lip pencil and the palette:

A closer look at the lip pencil:

And here are my swatches:

From left to right,

Theodora Super-Saturated High-Gloss Lip Color - a gorgeous deep red, easy to apply. My only complaint is the tip broke quickly - it is incredibly soft.

Black 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil - I was impressed with the very smooth application.

Broken- The pale, highlighting color - great for blending.

Beware - A very blendable, matte shade that reminds me of the Nude Palette colors.

Bewitch - A dark shade of brown with a little shimmer.

West - a slightly more Burgundy shade of Bewitch with shimmer.

Spell - A half shimmery, light black and half shimmery bronzy-gold.

Jealous - Half deep shimmery green, half a truly wonderful pale shimmery green.

This set is wonderful! The palette is incredibly high quality, much higher quality than my past Urban Decay palettes, with shadows that lie in little metal pans and pop out well, revealing the color name underneath. The little card only shows how to create a type of smokey eye with the full colors but it is easy to follow and creates a gorgeous effect. Good job Urban Decay!
